Pryme Cleaning Services Ltd is a specialist provider of builders clean, post-construction and commercial cleaning services, delivering high quality finishes for projects approaching completion and handover.
Led by a director with nearly ten years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within major construction and infrastructure projects, Pryme understands the realities of live sites, tight programmes, and the importance of achieving a defect free handover. Our approach is shaped by an in depth understanding of construction sequencing, risk, and commercial expectations.
We work closely with main contractors, project teams, and facilities managers to deliver structured, programme-aligned cleaning solutions from builders cleans through to final sparkle and client inspections.
Pryme combines construction knowledge with professional cleaning delivery to support safe, compliant, and high-quality project completion.
The Process

Following the visit, we will confirm the agreed scope of works, specifications, and any assumptions needed to price the project accurately.
Step 4: Detailed Costing & Proposal
We prepare and submit a clear, transparent price or proposal, outlining costs, deliverables, programme, and any options or recommendations.
Step 5: Review & Questions
We talk you through the proposal, answer any questions, and make adjustments if needed to ensure everything aligns with your budget and vision.
Step 6: Appointment & Next Steps
Once approved, we confirm the appointment, programme, and next steps, and move forward with delivering your project.
